It starts with a decision. This program can be your first step towards peace and mental wellness.
Our Anxiety Therapy Group equips you with knowledge on how anxiety works. It brings awareness of how our thoughts, emotions, and behaviours relate to anxiety. The intimate group allows you to be with others — from all walks of life — who are going through similar experiences. Anxiety can present itself in many different ways, but there are commonalities, too.
Before attending the 5-week virtual group, you will receive information on what to expect from the group’s facilitator. Going into your first meeting you will feel prepared, comfortable, and safe. Relaxation and mindfulness exercises help you start and finish each session with a good mindset.
Join the group from the comfort of your home for online meetings on Thursdays from 6 PM to 8 PM.

Program attendees feel that they have the tools to start making changes. Resources are provided so that you can revisit information after the group ends.
