New Supports for Managing Anxiety and Depression

If you have anxiety or depression, you are not alone. Both are more common than you may think, but there are lots of healthy coping strategies to manage them.

We are proud to provide therapeutic support groups for anxiety and depression, as well as counselling services. 

The Therapy Groups are facilitated by a mental health therapist. You’ll talk about your feelings and experiences in a healing and supportive group setting. To learn more and sign up for a group, fill out the form on its respective page.

For more personalized, 1:1 support, we encourage you to book a counselling appointment. The first appointment is completely free. There are also drop-in counselling locations across Alberta.
